At Fulton Publishing Agency, all of our products are digital downloads. Because of the nature of digital content:

  • We do not offer refunds on any purchases.

  • Once a product has been purchased and delivered electronically, the sale is considered final.

Exchanges & Replacements

We will gladly replace or exchange a digital product if:

  • The file is corrupted, damaged, or incomplete.

  • You received the wrong product due to a technical error.

Unauthorized Use

  • Refunds or exchanges will not be provided if a product has been downloaded and used, then claimed as “not wanted.”

  • Sharing, reselling, or distributing our digital products is strictly prohibited.
